They are soooo cute, hard but slightly squashy plastic.  The standing up ones are 4cm tall and 2 cm wide and the ones that are sitting down are 3cm tall by 2cm wide.  They come in various shade of bear brown, with different coloured scarves and ties and things.  We think the one on the top left of the picture looks more like a guinea pig but that's another story.  "Run VT Errol....."
