| Triops Pellet Food There are few things finer than seeing your cute little many legged pets swimming along while holding on to and munching a pellet of food. feed them one brown and one green pellet a day (crushed to start with) then as they get bigger feed them uncrushed and 2-3 times a day so long as they are eating what you've given them. Instant Pet Food This is food is suitable for all types of Instant Pets: Sea-Monkeys, Fairy Shrimp, Daphnia and Triops (also called Tadpole Shrimps). It is formulated to keep them healthy without the problems of overfeeding. Feed your pets once per week (Sea-Monkeys, Daphnia and Fairy Shrimp) or once per day (Triops). Do not continue to feed your pets if the water is still cloudy from the previous feeding. There is enough food for at the very least 6 months.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of our shrimp food has
been sealed in packets that say "Triops Eggs" but it's actually food.
You can tell the difference as the food is green powder rather than real egg

'Pure' Triops Refill
Kit This packet contains Triops Eggs, Triops pellet food, thermometer and instructions just get yourself a
1-2 litre tank or other such container and some suitable water (spring,
distilled or boiled tap water) and you are on your way to growing dinosaurs. They are guaranteed to hatch. What do you mean by 'pure' Triops? you ask. Well unlike all our other Triops Eggs packets these do not come with the added goodness of detritus to condition the tank but a little pot. The pot contains microscopic Triops Eggs with a bit of sand stuff and a bit of tea bags (that's the best way to describe it!!) Digital Thermometer
This thermometer is 13cm tall and 2cm wide and they stick to
the outside of the tank and read the temperature. It goes from 18 to
34 degrees centigrade (68-93 F) which will ensure you keep your instant pets
at the optimum temperature. It shows brown for 1 degree less, green
the temperature highlighted is corrected and blue for one degree above.

Small Net
There are times when you do actually need to take
things out of water without getting your hands wet/eaten/slimy and this is
what you need for it. This 3 inch net (30cm long from tip to end of
the handle, with a 7cm by 6cm net) goes perfectly with our tanks for Instant
Pets but we don't recommend that you catch them any more than you have to as
they are fragile little things. Could also be used for mini beast
hunting if you want to leave the comfort of your own house.

Four Litre Plastic Tanks
This is a wonderful round plastic open-topped four litre
Triops/Fairy Shrimp/Daphnia tank (or whatever else you chose to place inside
it) If you are using it for an Instant Pet home and are planning to
hatch them then start with it half full as they seem to be a little
agoraphobic about hatching in too much water. It is of course a clear
tank all the way around- the brown stuff in our picture is just so you can

Bug Viewer
This view, which is not just for bugs (works
great with Instant Pets too) is a 7cm plastic jar
with a lid that magnifies x2 and if that's not enough to see what you've
